Portfolio characteristic properties (e.g. currency, manager name, fee, tax status, etc) can be imported with CAPS Loader from any accounting system or spreadsheet but may also be managed directly in CAPS 4.0. Five custom fields allow for user-defined portfolio properties. In the administration tabs, users can check, for each portfolio, historical composite inclusion, performance data, tracking field data, maintenance (if/when breached composite policy), notes and property changes. Tax and fee schedules may also be set at the portfolio level for net of fee and after tax reporting.
